Sarah Celebrates Five Years Of Service As Brent's Liberal Democrat MP

Sarah Teather is proud to be Brent's Liberal Democrat MP

Local Liberal Democrat MP Sarah Teather invited Vince Cable MP to Brent to celebrate the 5th anniversary of her stunning victory in the Brent East by-election. Sarah has been serving the people of Brent East as their MP since September 2003.

The dinner saw Liberal Democrats from across London come together for an evening of entertainment which included a steel band and salsa dancers.

Speaking at the dinner Vince Cable MP, the Liberal Democrat Shadow Chancellor, described Sarah as "an asset to Brent."

Local Liberal Democrat MP for Brent East Sarah Teather said:

"I was delighted to have Vince come to Brent to celebrate 5 years since I was first elected. Serving the people of Brent has been a tremendous honour and I look forward to continuing my work here for many years to come."
