Sarah Teather wishes her constituents Eid Mubarek

Brent Central MP wishes her Muslim constituents Eid Mubarek, as they celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr this weekend.

Local MP Sarah Teather said:

"I would like to send my best wishes to all my constituents celebrating Eid. One of my favourite things about Brent is the way in which the community comes together at times like this to celebrate and learn about each others' culture.

"I know that throughout Ramadan many of my constituents' prayers will have been about people throughout the world, especially in Syria. As people come together this Eid, we will keep those affected by conflict and persecution in our thoughts and prayers."
