l Councillors Chandubhai Patel, Carol Shaw and Paul Lorber with Sarah Teather visiting the Shree Swaminarayan Temple. They are campaigning for a crossing outside the temple.

Lib Dem campaigners are backing calls for a pedestrian crossing to be built outside the Shree Swaminarayan Temple.

Brent Council has so far refused to listen to campaigners even though the temple is on the very busy Willesden Lane.

Sarah Teather said, "I'm backing the campaign for a safe crossing on Willesden Lane. The Council should think again. Willesden Lane is a dangerous road and hundreds of people, many elderly and young, are at risk each week."

Sarah is working to improve road safety across our area. Problems have been reported in many parts of Brent.

To report a road safety problem, please call her office on 020 8459 0455 or write to the address on the back page.
